Financial Assistance Guidelines

Applications are accepted for infant deaths 20 weeks gestation to 1 year of age

Death was the result of a pregnancy loss, still-birth, medical condition (birth defect, prematurity, ect), SIDS, and/or injury.

There is a financial need after other assistance has been applied (personal contribution, church, family/friends, ect)

Family resides in Nebraska or Pottawattamie County, Iowa

We are a nonprofit and rely on donations to help families. Therefore, assistance is dependent upon available funds and amount awarded may vary based on availability.

Approved funds will be paid directly to the mortuary identified by parents/guardian.
